Center for promotion of arts and culture Ars Quadra was founded to encourage freedom of expression in cultural and artistic creation, support the development of cultural institutions, create the propositions for the development of cultural policy and cultural diplomacy, promote cultural heritage and work for improvement of its protection policy, develop cultural diversity, promote culture as a priority objective of legal policy, transmit the values of the international legal instruments, conventions and charts, promote contemporary arts, cultural expression among youth and promote a culture as an instrument to fight all forms of discrimination, xenophobia and racism.
Founders of Ars Quadra are experts from different fields, different backgrounds and with different experiences obtained in the country and abroad embracing cultural policy, cultural diplomacy and cultural heritage.
Devotion to culture and arts, common consciousness of its values for the society were enough reasons for us to found the Center. Taking into account our goals and results reached so far as well as our profound common beliefs we decided to put together the knowledge, expertise, energy and courage to enhance development of culture and arts.
